Yes! Please check with your doctor to see if it's okay for you to receive during your first trimester. Otherwise, massage is wonderful all the way up to the moment you give birth.
We use a side-lying position with body pillows, cushions, and other pillows for support. A semi-reclined position with a wedge support may also be used when face up.
